General

We have not included plant prices on this site or in our Product Catalogue as our plants vary in size and we would prefer to offer a personalised quote when aware of your exact requirements.

Ordering

You have a number of ways to order:

Completed Order Forms should be posted or faxed back to us with your payment details:

Payment

We accept payment by cheque and all major credit cards.

Please make cheques payable to 'Countrywide Leisure Management'.

Payment is due prior to despatch or collection.

VAT

VAT at 15% will be added to all orders.

Postage and Packing

Our plant prices do not include carriage, we use a 24-hour delivery service and will confirm delivery address and carriage cost with you when you place your order.

Collection

If you wish to collect your plants please arrange a date and time when ordering.

Claims

We cannot be responsible for loss/damage beyond our control. Claims must be submitted within 48-hours of delivery, otherwise we will assume our plants arrived in good condition.
